Teeming with energy and a contagious love for life, Michael P. Hall is a sports and portrait photographer who is passionate about creating exceptional images of exceptional people. As a young athlete, Hall learned the importance of collaboration and brings that team approach to each and every photo shoot.
Based in Hamilton, Canada, and available for assignments internationally, Hall specializes in documenting events and creating unique portraits from a peerless perspective.
Hall started his career at McMaster University, soon becoming the official photographer of Ontario University Athletics and subsequently photographing for numerous university athletic departments. He’s worked with a variety of major sports organizations throughout his career, including the Canadian Olympic Committee, Canadian Paralympic Committee, USPORTS, and the Canadian Football League.
Driven by the motto, “If you’re not having fun, it’s not worth it,” Hall’s photography is grounded in building trust and bestowing support and positivity, whether his subjects are burgeoning athletes or the elite of the elite. He also inspires and educates young creatives as a secondary teacher and volunteers coaching multiple sports.
